If you are also a View user, Carevoyance eLearning training materials can be accessed in Definitive University. If you have not accessed Definitive University previously (or if you forgot your password), follow the steps below to log in.
1. Click Definitive University password reset page
2. Enter the same email address (i.e. your username) that you use to login to View and click ‘Send Reset Link’. You must enter the email address that you use to log in to View to complete your registration.
3. Within a few minutes, you will receive an email from definitiveuniversity@definitivehc.com. Click the link provided in the email. If you do not receive this email, check your spam folder. If you still have not received this email, reach out to our support team at support@definitivehc.com.
4. After clicking the link in the email, you will be prompted to enter your new password. Click ‘Change Password’.
5. That’s it! You can then click the ‘Sign in’ button to access Definitive University.
