Overview
Creating a report template is an efficient way to enable you to run the same report multiple times. Once settings are chosen, the only update required is to the Codeset.
Instructions
Step 1
Click the Team tab > select Provider Reports
Step 2
Click Create a Report
Step 3
Name your report in the Layout tab
Step 4
To customize the report, click into the Portlets tab > click +Add to move your chosen Available Portlets into the Selected Portlets section
Step 5
In the Settings tab, choose the settings for your report
Step 6
In the Sharing tab, select users and/or groups that you would like to share the report with > click Save
