New Reference Data for Facility Executive Contacts

We have completed integration of the Atlas Reference and Affiliation Dataset into Carevoyance, enabling users to see more complete information for executive contacts. This new data will enable stronger outreach to decision-makers and influencers at key target facilities.

New Reference Data for HCPs

In addition to the facilities data upgrade, we have integrated the Atlas Reference and Affiliation Dataset for physicians. With this enhancement, users enjoy expanded access to HCP emails, addresses, birth year, phone numbers, and primary taxonomy.

Q3 2023 CMS Claims

We are excited to share that CMS has released their Q3 2023 FFS file. This release ensures you have the most up to date Medicare data available on the market. With this update, our rolling 12-month metrics (case loss, readmissions) will also spring forward one quarter.

New Diverter Data Added to Total ROI Report

For those using the Total ROI report, we added another datapoint to help understand where patients are going for treatment. The new diverter metric shows patients from a specific county treated at other facilities within the same county. The Total ROI report now includes four metrics:
  1. Leaks: patient who left the county for treatment
  2. Travelers: patients within a specified mile radius from the county who received treatment in another county
  3. Cases lost: patients who first came to a specific facility and then received treatment elsewhere within a specified time period
  4. Diverters (NEW!): patients from the specified county treated at other facilities within the same county

New Default Geography in Reports

When new reports are created within Carevoyance, the default geography will change from county level to CBSA (core-based statistical area; a.k.a. metro area). This view ensures that as you look at market share, patient pathways, treatment destinations, and more, that the default view captures more robust scenarios for analysis. This will not modify any report defaults that have been previously customized.
