The Physician Demographics report will help you to quickly get up to speed on the basics of the targeted physician. If the physician delivers services defined in your Codeset, a summary of latest counts of services delivered or beneficiaries treated will be displayed.
Demographics & Top Procedures
The Pre-Call Plan is a summary of the physician's practice patterns, sourced primarily from Medicare Fee-for-Service (FFS) claims. It includes practice location and affiliation, hospital affiliation, procedure codes, specialty, contact information, and a map.
- Practice affiliation is the medical group that the physician belongs to
- Hospital affiliation is the hospital the doctor will conduct any business that cannot be handled in the office
- Procedure codes include CPT/HCPCS and DRG, as well as how many referrals for each code
